The rates are all inclusive of bills including super-fast virgin media broadband.
You’ll be provided with an emergency 24/7 number should any issues arise during your stay and we provide ourselves on a quick reliable service. With creative systems in place to ensure you have a comfortable, relaxed experience. Specific communication lines to ensure prompt response and quick service.
Landlords will have the peace of mind that their property will be looked after with routine property inspections, regular high standard maintenance to ensure our high-quality service. Local council regulations and fit and proper management are a minimum standard. Colony Living offer our landlords a guaranteed rent to ensure the peace of mind and put the pressure on ourselves to deliver, we will also carry out if required a refurbishment to your property to bring up to our own unique standard.
