Having opreated in the student market for many years now, we pride ourselves on being open-minded and flexible, in order to accommodate our housemates individual needs.

There is no "one way" or "rule book" for how we solve issues. We treat each case as its own and find a solution that wokrs for all parties.

Some examples of how we do this:

⭐ Give the option of a deposit OR guarantour (subject to referencing.)

⭐ Allow housemates to pay rent on a specific date they choose – depending on student loan payments for example.

⭐ No rent / deposit is paybale up front. This is sorted when you are ready to actually move in.

⭐ Contracts in a house share are individual not as a group – so others aren`t peanalised if one housemate has issues.

⭐ We communicate personally through an app where maintenance issues are reported and any queries are raised – This is passed on to the correct team member so they can resolve it accordingly.

We will continue to communicate clearly and are always here to help!
